Life Coaching & Mentoring
Life Coaching – Empowering Positive Change
Life Coaching can help you or your child break free from negative thought patterns and move toward a happier, more fulfilling life.
Whether you're stuck in a rut, struggling with confidence, or facing a tough transition, coaching gives you the tools to move forward.

Key Principles of Life Coaching
-
Gratitude – Focus on what’s going well in your life
-
Positive Thinking – Catch negative self-talk and reframe it
-
Goal Setting – Get clear on what you want and how to get there
-
Authenticity – Listen to your intuition, not your inner critic
-
Self-Belief – Use affirmations, visualisation, and imagery to grow confidence
-
Self-Awareness – Understand how old beliefs may be holding you back
-
Mindfulness – Stay present, not lost in worries or overthinking
-
Boundaries – Distance yourself from drama, gossip and conflict
-
Self-Compassion – You don’t have to be perfect to make progress
What Happens in a Life Coaching Session?
-
1-hour private session focused on action and insight
-
Leave with tools, strategies, and a personalised action plan
-
Follow-up sessions weekly for accountability and growth
-
Minimum 3–4 sessions recommended for lasting change
-
Flexible: monthly check-ins or ad-hoc support during tough times
Life Coaching is about progress, not perfection. You’ll move forward one step at a time—with support.
