Best Life Camps 2020 - Rescheduled Dates
The Confidence Clinic Kids Camps are a fantastic experience, they are all about helping children to live their best life. Our camps are filled with the best techniques and tools available, they include games, activities, life lessons, yoga and mindfulness. You can find lots of photos from previous camps on our Facebook page 'The Confidence Clinic'.
In order to keep everyone safe, we have decided to scale down our usual camps this year to 3 hours a day with only 15 children in a group. We will be operating under strict social distancing restrictions this year, so we ask for your co-operation and assistance in ensuring the camps run smoothly & safely for everyone. Children are encouraged to bring their own colouring pencils/crayons for art work and creative activities. No markers please! It's important to ensure that your child can easily open and close their bag, snack & drink without any help. Hand sanitiser will be available and children will be reminded to use it regularly. We will be sanitising the yoga mats and all equipment used after each group. Bathrooms will be cleaned after each group. Please put a small, clean hand towel into your child's bag each day for their own personal use.
Children love our camps! We spend as much time as possible having fun; playing games and doing activities. We also spend time sitting in a circle learning lessons such as speaking up for yourself, dealing with mean words, the gratitude attitude, boosting your confidence and growing your friendships.
The Summer Camps have been developed using Life Coaching Techniques and philosophies that have been fine tuned from years of coaching children over the last 7 years. The underlying principal of our camps are that children learn best when they are happy and having fun, they will be discovering new ways to feel confident and covering the following topics:
- Growing your Friendships - this is our first lesson so that children make friends immediately
- The Gratitude Attitude
- A Confidence Booster
- Destroy your Anxiety and Worries
- Finding your Happy Place
- Dealing with Mean Words
- Standing up & Speaking up
