Weekly Classes
The Confidence Club
Due to popular demand, we are now running weekly classes in Skerries from 3-4 pm on Monday, The most recent intake was January 2023. These classes will include a life lesson discussion/ social skills, meditation and games and fun activities.
It will run for 12 weeks. The term starts on the 22nd January and runs to 15th May 2023. (The class will not run on bank holidays or Easter/ mid-term breaks.)
After School: Please note that the room will be open from 2.40pm to allow children to come straight from School if they wish to have a snack, drink, rest or do homework before the class starts. This half hour will be supervised.
Age: 6-12 years
Time: 3-4pm. The room opens from 2.40pm onwards.
Cost: €150 for 12 weeks - this equates to €12.50 per week. €50 deposit secures a place. Places are limited. Location: St Patricks Senior National School, Tennis Court Lane, Skerries

Please include full name and age in the booking section. If your child has a serious learning difficulty / diagnosis, please contact us before booking a place as this group work may not suit everyone. If not, a one-to-one life coaching session may be suggested. Thank you.
General Information
Children are welcome to wear comfortable clothing and change out of uniforms if they prefer. Children may bring a small cushion and blanket for relaxations/meditations. Please do not bring anything precious that may be lost/ damaged.
Terms and Conditions
The booking of a place in The Confidence Club weekly class, is non-refundable and non-transferable. The deposit must be paid in order to have a place guaranteed. No discount can be given for missed days. If a mistake has been made during the booking process please contact us immediately at caoimhe@theconfidenceclinic.ie or call 0833425364. Parents or Guardians will be contacted if children refuse to follow basic requests/ instruction from the leaders, act violently or use bad language to others. The number 1 rule in our camps and classes is always 'be kind'.
Classes are run subject to a minimum number of bookings.
