Resources for Parents

Welcome to Our Resource Hub

As parents, you're your child’s first and most influential teacher. Through this page, we aim to support you in nurturing confident, resilient, and emotionally aware young people. Whether your child is navigating anxiety, transitions, sports pressure, sleep issues, or everyday challenges, these tools are curated to help you guide them.

Guided Meditations & Audio Tools

Meditation is one of the simplest yet most effective ways to help children and teens manage stress, anxiety, and performance nerves. We recommend exploring YouTube for age‑appropriate guided meditation sessions designed for sleep, anxiety reduction, sports focus, and more. Encourage your child to try different voices and approaches until they find one that resonates—listening regularly helps build familiarity and effectiveness.

Apps & Digital Resources

There are many mindfulness and wellbeing apps geared specifically toward young people.
When choosing: Read the reviews carefully to ensure the content is suitable for your child’s age.
Look for tools with guided breathing exercises, calming stories, or anxiety-reducing activities.
